What is Pre-Order?
These are items that we do not have in-stock. Once you have placed your order with us, we will liaise with the manufacturer, finalise the order and arrange delivery with you.
Can I order a machine that is not in-stock?
Absolutely. Place your order as normal on the website and once we have received your order we will liaise with the manufacturer to organise delivery. Once we have placed the order with the manufacturer a member of the Sales team will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery lead times will vary depending upon the product and manufacturer. If an item is in stock, items will be dispatched within 72 hours from the point of order. If the item is a pre-order, estimated delivery times can be found on individual product pages. Then once you have placed your order, we will liaise with the Manufacturer and our Sales Team will contact you with a more accurate delivery date.
It is important to note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £500 (plus VAT) to Mainland UK. For orders under £500 shipping is £12.50 (plus vat) for Mainland UK. We do offer worldwide and non-mainland UK (islands, highlands and remote areas) shipping for an additional cost, please contact our friendly sales team for a quote.

What is kerbside delivery?
Delivery as standard for all orders is to the kerb side at ground level and will need to be moved onto your site/premises by the customer. Please note that larger items may be delivered on a pallet or in a crate.
Can you deliver my machine into the shop?
Standard delivery includes kerbside delivery and they will need to be moved on your site/premises by the customer.
Do you offer machine installation?
Prices do not include installation. If installation is required please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0203 488 8364 to discuss requirements and prices.
What is the difference between refurbished and ex-demonstration machinery?
Refurbished are machines that have come to us having had a previous owner and have had some maintenance or repair to ensure they are of a good standard. They have been fully serviced and we ensure we provide as much information as possible with details of the refurbishment.
Ex-demonstration machines are machines that have been used for demonstration purposes. These machines have been well looked after and have undergone a full inspection prior to being listed for sale.
