Producing a homemade look, taste and smell these fryers can produce, to industrial levels, almost anything that can be made in a frying pan at home.

These fryers come in 5 different sizes with the ability to produce from 40-1000kg/h depending on the requirements of the customer.

The smallest machine needs just 1m² with the largest taking 7m². Low fat and deep fat frying is possible with the option of integrating the Hoja vacuum portioner, food former and after heating tunnel.
