Working with our partners we can provide comprehensive service agreements for machinery from retail shops with a few machines through to large factories and customers with more than one site.
We offer 3 options:
As a CPPM customer be assured that you will:
- Automatically become a priority in the event of a breakdown - you will go straight to the top of the list, even if that means we have to bump a customer not on the programme down the list
- Receive regular servicing on your machines - at least 2 a year
- Benefit from discounts on our hourly labour rate, travel charges, spare parts and sundries.
Some of our customers prefer to take an ad hoc approach to their servicing. Once you have a full service carried out by us, we will remind you just before the anniversary, to ensure you keep the servicing up to date.
If your machine has broken down, we can arrange its repair by one of our local engineers.
