We supply the world renowned Speco Inc degristling or bone collecting system for removing unwanted particles from your product.
The system is made up of 4 components a specialist knife drive pin/nose end stud, a degristling/bone collecting knife, a degristling/bone collecting plate and the extraction tube to create the vacuum required to remove the unwanted product. Please note you will require all 4 components to make this system work and you can purchase these on the site.

This plate will remove any gristle over 4mm wide.
