The Mainca FC25 sausage filler is a 25 litre filler which can hold approx 23kg of product at one time. The FC25 filler is built from stainless steel with an aluminium lid and piston plate. The option to upgrade these to stainless steel is available on request. The Mainca FC25 comes with 3 x stainless steel nozzles in sizes 15, 20, and 30mm. The Mainca FC25 has adjustable speed and pressure controls and features auto piston pullback. This allows the operator to lock the knee lever on the sausage filler in the down position when the operator needs to drop the piston plate down to its lowest level. This prevents the operators from having to continuously press the knee lever until the piston plate drops.
The Mainca FC25 sausage filler has a 1.75HP motor in the 3-phase version and 2.5HP in the 1-phase version, this power is more than enough for the English market, which in general has stiffer mixes than in Europe. The Mainca sausage filler range all feature independent oil tanks and a smooth product exit from the filler which prevents clogging and colour discolouration.
The Mainca FC25 sausage filler has an ergonomic height adjustable knee lever, that can be set at the perfect height for the operator's use. The machine can be fitted with four castors for ease of cleaning, or the anit-tilt mechanism which is a support frame that extends wider than the machine and also features four castors, but gives extra peace of mind when moving the machine and prevents it from falling over. The piston plate on the Mainca FC25 is easily removed for cleaning.
