The Omega MB180 meat mixer is the largest paddle mixing machine that Omega manufacture. The meat mixer features a double paddle arm for meat processing. The MB180 mixer quickly mixes meat, spices, and other ingredients to produce an evenly blended mixture for sausages, burgers, meatloaf, etc.
The Omega meat mixer is reliable, easy to use, and easy to clean. The mixing bowl tips up for the emptying of the mixture and the mixing paddles are quickly removed for cleaning. The meat mixer is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and comes as standard mounted on a stand with four castors. The stainless steel lid of the meat mixer can be raised into two different positions and has a safety micro fitted to stop the machine should the lid be lifted. A ventilated motor is used on the meat mixer for non-stop use, with a forward drive, stop and reverse mechanism.
The Omega MB180 meat mixer has all its electronic components housed in a container that is IP56 protection rated.
