Our 52 plates are from Speco (USA). We believe these are the most hard wearing on the market. They are designed to minimize contact between the plate and knife, reducing heat and creating a cool cutting surface. This results in a fresher and more visually appealing product, which also extends product life.
To make sure they will fit your machine please note the number of notches on the side of the plate.
These plates have 3 notches (12 o'clock, 4 o'clock' 8 o'clock)
Select the size of plate, the hole size required and whether you require hubbed or Two flat sides. We stock hubbed as standard as these are thicker and can be resharpened more times and also the operator can only put the knife against one side which is crucial for long wear and high quality mince.
