Our 56 plates are from Speco (USA). We believe these are the most hard wearing on the market. They are designed to minimize contact between the plate and knife, reducing heat and creating a cool cutting surface. This results in a fresher and more visually appealing product, which also extends product life.
To make sure they will fit your machine please note the number of notches on the side of the plate:
These plates have 1 notch.
If your machine has 2 or 4 notches then please contact us and we will endeavour to match the correct plate for your machine.
Select the size of plate, the hole size required and whether you require hubbed or Two flat sides. We stock hubbed as standard as these are thicker and last longer and also the operator can only match the knife to one side which is imperative for quality mince.
Both can be resurfaced a number of times so you get more for your money.
