Description
The Turbovac M50 vacuum packer is Turbovac's new version of the 580STE. The vacuum packer is floor standing and constructed completely from stainless steel. It is part of Turbovac's M-range of vacuum packers which have been made around the idea of making the packing of several different products (food or non-food) as easy as possible for the operator.
The vacuum packer has two seal beams which as standard are 780mm and 520mm in length set up in an 'L' shaped configuration. They produce a double seal on the vacuum bag and are positioned with the long beam at the front and the shorter beam on the right of the vacuum packer chamber. Servicing the vacuum packer couldn't be easier, the digital panel has a self diagnostic control that identifies service needs and possible operational errors. Service kits are available to purchase for the vacuum packer directly from our website or via the phone with our spares department and come complete with everything you need to service the machine, including a set of instructions that talk you through what you need to do.
The M-range of vacuum packers save on packing time because of their full sensor controls and computer assisted vacuum process. The best possible shelf life is also achieved due to the vacuum packers sensor control being accurate to within 1Mbar, enabling the machine to pull the same amount of vacuum on every product, no matter how big or small.
All the electric components of the vacuum packing machine are covered by IP65 dust and water level protection levels, protecting all electronic parts from splash water and dust.
The M50 vacuum packing machine comes complete with a three phase Busch 100m3 vacuum pump. Busch pumps are world renown and coat their internal components to extend the life of the vacuum pump.
